My experience has instructed me that great idea of a product is not created in the moment of inspiration or singing in the shower. It is a careful combination of successful coordination between team members, careful planning, implementation, testing and continuous user feedback loop.
Most of the time, designated Product Managers (Founders, Startup leaders) can be easily get pulled into the initial solutions for the problems they try to solve without researching and testing yet this seldom works. First solutions are mostly irrelevant to the fact that it is difficult to know enough about the assumptions we are attempting to solve. The way to do it is by implementing the Agile framework, which enable us to collect valuable data to begin with to answer the mighty 5Ws (Who, What, Where, When and Why) before handling the How.
